James Mallory's Last Will and Testament

I, James Mallory of said County and State, being now in Sound mind do make this my last will and testament, hereby and expressly revoking and annulling all other and former wills and codicils at any time made by me, and expressly revoking a will made by me, bearing the date the 1st day of April 1871, witnessed by Geo Riser[,] Thos M Riser & G. W. Nicholls, and a Codicil thereto, bearing date January 12, 1877.

1st I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Anna Maria Mallory, my home place, and all the land attached thereto, containing about Eight hundred and forty acres, and also my household and Kitchen furniture, all my Stock of cows, horses, hogs[,] sheep, &c, all my farming utensils, also all debts now due me or that I possess at the time of my death, and also all the property owned by me situated near the town of Talladega Alabama, the same being real estate, some laid off in lots & some not, reserving the dwelling house & premises & three acres of land attached to it of said Talladega property--for and during her natural life and at her death it is my will that all of the above described property both real, personal & choses [?] in action, that may remained indesposed of by my said wife, shall be divided equally among my three daughters, Catherine S. Mallory, Mary Anna Mallory & Mary Ella Watkins, provided that my said wife shall have the power during her life time to give
