G 1. ALL-CHINA FEDERATION OF SUPPLY AND MARKETING
CO-OPERATIVES

Occasional references to this organization's activities were noted between 1968 and 1978,
usually in the contect of funeral announcements. In March 1978 this organization was
officially restored, and given State Council status. In March 1982 the co-operative was
absorbed by the ministry of Commerce, but then in April 1985 it was restored once more,
though not at ministry level.
