Bibliography

IN THE FIRST PART of this bibliography, only writ-
ings for the stage, or in drama form, are included. The lists of
secondary sources for individual authors are not exhaustive; they
merely refer to works cited and to such others as might be relevant
to aspects considered in the text. The playwrights are listed in
order of their appearance in the book.
