Looking to the future, the web and the technologies that follow will
allow brands to become increasingly rewarding, one-on-one experiences
for customers. Companies should watch for new technologies that will
further enhance the relationship with customers. There is already web-
based research that can be sent out to gather customer feedback, pre-
cisely and at a low cost. As video becomes commonplace in the office,
we will see the customer and the brand take one more step closer to each
other.
