II. In sudorem sanguineum.

Q Vò fugies, sudor? quamuìs pars altera Christi
Nescia sit metae; venula, cella tua est.
Si tibi non illud placeat mirabile corpus,
Caetera displiceat turba, necesse, tibi:

Ni me forté petas; narn quantò indignior ipse, 5
Tu mihi subueniens dignior esse potes.
