MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

The Washington Papers and Praeger Publishers welcome inquiries
concerning manuscript submissions. Please include with your inquiry a
curriculum vitae, synopsis, table of contents, and estimated manuscript
length. Manuscript length must be between 120 and 200 double-spaced
typed pages. All submissions will be peer reviewed. Submissions to The
