Bibliography
The Bibliography is divided into five
sections. The first section, General and
Regional Works, contains works on general,
global, or theoretical subjects, as well as
regional studies (including Southeast Asia)
and studies on nations that fall outside the
scope of this volume. The remaining four
sections contain works pertaining to the
chapters on Indonesia, the Philippines,
Thailand, and Malaysia and Singapore,
respectively, as well as general or regional
