THE 10 celebrities taking part in the new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! were finally unveiled yesterday.

They are glamour girl Jordan, George Best's wife Alex, former Sex Pistol John Lydon, one-time pop star Peter Andre, former royal reporter Jennie Bond, former Olympic athlete Diane Modahl, aristocrat and convicted fraudster Lord Brocket, ex-Atomic Kitten Kerry McFadden, former football hardman Neil Ruddock and DJ Mike Read.

Announcement of the names had been delayed as the celebrities wrangled over their contracts.

But they have now signed on the dotted line and are heading off to the Australian jungle.

The new series starts next Monday on ITV1, hosted once again by Ant and Dec.

As usual, they must survive in what the programme-makers have dubbed "one of the most cruel environments on Earth".

Stripped of their luxuries, they will have to earn their food rations by taking part in the dreaded Bushtucker Trials - which will be screened live for the first time.

Over two weeks they will battle it out until one of them is crowned King or Queen of the Jungle. …
