FANCY a taste of something a little bit different?

Wales is bursting with fine food. From lamb to seafood,our green fields and clean shores boast some of the best produce in the world.

And to celebrate the most taste bud tickling mouthfuls, this year Wales plays host to an array of food festivals the length and breadth of the country. Many are free to enter and there will be all sorts of tantalising food and drink stalls on show. Some venues even have top chefs dropping in to show the rest of us how modern Welsh cooking should be done and many are promoting healthy meals for children.

Here, we list food fairs to fill you up throughout spring and into early summer. Whatever you like to eat, one thing is certain -there will be something on the menu for you.
