In the annals of the all-time worst silver-screen comedies starring "Saturday Night Live" alumni, "Taxi" ranks right up there with the best of them.

Martin Short's "Jungle 2 Jungle" fares better than "Taxi." So does Jane Curtain's "How to Beat the High Co$t of Living." Even Julia Sweeney's "It's Pat!" -wait. That might be a tie.

"Taxi" stars Jimmy Fallon, the most recent "SNL" talent to fly the nest in quest of Hollywood stardom. He plays Andy, an incompetent goofball working as a New York City policeman. With half the IQ and 5 percent of the comic timing of "Naked Gun" cop Leslie Nielsen, Fallon's Andy wrecked three squad cars and created lawsuits. …
