SG Reorganises Investment Banking Line-Up

SG, the corporate and investment banking division of Societe Generale Group, has made the second significant change to its senior investment banking line-up in two weeks, creating an executive committee and a corporate and institutions division.The French bank said the new coporate and institutions division is intended to further strengthen its client relationship management. The executive committee of nine people will be led by Xavier Dubonneuil. The changes are designed to coordinate and develop relationships with the corporate and institutional clients of SG and Societe Generale Group. SG previously had a very crowded investment banking management line-up. Last July the French bank reorganised its investment banking division. Xavier Dubonneuil took over the corporate and investment banking division, with an investment banking head, Patrick Soulard, just below him. Below Soulard were three regional investment banking heads: Stephen Brisby in London, Kim Fennebresque in the US and Marc Litzler in Paris. …
