NEW YORK -- "Here Is New York" is a group that is running an exhibition and sale of photographs in Soho on the ground floor of 116 Prince Street as a response to the World Trade Center tragedy. The exhibition is titled "A Democracy of Photographs" and invites anyone and everyone who has taken pictures related to the tragedy to bring or e-mail their images to the gallery, where they will be digitally scanned, archivally printed and displayed on the walls alongside the work of top photojournalists and professional photographers. All of the prints displayed will be sold to the public regardless of their provenance. The net proceeds will go to the Children's Aid Society WTC Relief Fund.
