Detailed resumes and biographical information for AAA employment and construction mediators are now accessible on the Association's Web site at www.adr.org.

This makes it easier for clients to choose the mediator whose background and experience best meets their needs. The information supplied includes work history and experience; representative cases handled as a mediator; specific experience in multiparty dispute resolution; ADR training; professional licenses; professional association memberships; education; awards and honors received; publications; references; and mediator fees. The information can be accessed through four different search functions: mediator's last name, location, special area of expertise, and specific text within the resume (sexual harassment or discrimination, for example).

"There is a difference between this and other online listings," said Mark E. Appel, AAA senior vice president responsible for the AAA's mediation services. "The others are registries.
