There are times when it is good to stop and salute those who serve nobly and well, and this is such a time. One of the highlights of the editor's job is working with President Craig Cashwell and the ASERVIC Board, who afford us the freedom and wherewithal to attend to and promote inquiry and shared discovery. Our editorial board members also serve ably and with due diligence, consistently affording contributors highly constructive and frequently detailed reviews for refining manuscripts. Our association and journal are also very well served by Carolyn Baker, ACA director of publications, and the entire ACA publications staff. So, today, we stop to send a resounding statement of thanks to each of the people who do so much for all of us in producing this scholarly journal. One of the least celebrated but most vital people in our process is our assistant editor, and once again, we have the departure of one and the arrival of another.

Now that Thuy Nguyen has earned her doctorate and accepted a counselor education position at California State University, Fullerton, we must pause and send our sincerest and most heartfelt thanks for a job well done as assistant editor. …
