As some of you may have heard, T.H.E. Journal has found a new home as a part of the 101 communications publishing family--an organization well-known for its expertise in technology niche publishing. Needless to say, we're excited about our new "family" and the wealth of resources and opportunities now open to us.

As many of you know, T.H.E. was launched 32 years ago by my father, Edward Warnshuis. His vision for technology's role in education was far ahead of its time, and I grew up with that vision and my father's commitment to serve it--and you. I have been honored to carry that torch at this publication for the past 20 years, and the recent move to 101 is just one more step forward in our service to our loyal readership. The 101 publishing concern has an exemplary track record of effectively communicating technology trends, best practices, leadership, and "what's next" to the audiences in these sectors, and is proud of its award-winning publications.

One of those recognized magazines is our new sister publication in 101's Education Technology Media Group, Campus Technology, covering the higher education sector, and winner of the Western Publications Association's 2005 Maggie Award for Best New Trade Publication with a circulation over 50,000.
