While many people in business, industry, and education are searching for good leaders, they should know that "who" they should look for is less important than "what" they need to find. That is, they should look less for the "right person," and more for the "right leadership skills." Of course, knowing what constitutes good leadership skills may be difficult to discern, so the present paper will seek to s-p-e-l-l that information out to you.

L Learn all you can, as fast as you can. That should always be your plan.

E Earn the respect of everyone, if you expect to get the job done.

A Allow for freedom of dissent, if you wish to make everybody content.

D Demand good work, and give nothing less, if you want all to do their best.

E Enthusiasm is the key to maximizing every opportunity.

R Rating yourself from 1 to 10, will help you to achieve more often.

S Success can only come, if you always strive to achieve a positive outcome.

H Handling problems can be fun, 'cause you'll feel better when you're done. …
