With the advent of newer and faster technology comes a new ABA conference. Combining the most popular aspects of 33 years of the ABA National Operations and Automation Conference, the latest developments in banking technology, and constructive feedback from bankers, ABA will present Solutions '96: The ABA's Applied Technology Conference on May 19-22 at the San Antonio Convention Center, San Antonio, Tex.

Solutions '96 will help bankers determine the correct technology solutions for their bank. The conference offers bankers the opportunity to hear the latest advice and expertise, preview the newest products and services, and mingle with bankers and vendors from across the country.

"ABA has changed and improved this conference in light of the new technology that is radically changing the banking industry," says Dan Fisher, senior vice-president, Victoria Bank and Trust, Victoria, Tex., and ABA's chairman for the conference. The revamped conference will feature not only general sessions with individual speakers, but general sessions with panels of representatives from leading companies serving the financial services industry.
