Keeping track of time and money.

The Network Systems new time and billing software for Windows does more than just act as a time and billing administrator. It performs a host of practice management functions including, among other things, tracking of staff time and expenses, acting as a contact manager with a phonebook and calendar, monitoring project deadlines and appointments and providing productivity and profitability calculations.

The product comes with three modules: TBill, TCard and TReview. The TBill module is the billing administrator. it allows users to generate bills at any level of detail and includes a handy spell check feature. The TCard module tracks staff time and expense entry. It even provides for remote data entry for staffers working out of the office. Explanatory notes can be attached to any entry. The third module, TReview, is the package's analytical tool; it creates practice management reports on staff, clients and projects--either in detail or in summary.

The initial release of the software is written in 16-bit code for Windows 3.x systems. The company plans to follow up that release with a 32-bit version specifically for Windows 95.

Network Systems charges $1,195 for five users and $800 for each additional five users. Current DOS customers receive the TCard module free.
