Dear Clinician:

On behalf of the American Academy of Clinical Psychiatrists and CURRENT PSYCHIATRY, we are pleased to invite you to "Bipolar Disorder and ADHD: Solving Clinical Challenges, Improving Patient Care." This highly practical, educational meeting will offer 2 1/2 days of clinically useful information and up to 18.5 CME credits.

In our interactive, learning-focused format, nationally renowned faculty will provide best practice information specifically designed to address the everyday challenges of improving outcomes for patients with bipolar disorder, ADHD, or both. We will explore:

* pharmacologic treatment of bipolar disorder

* suicidal behavior, rapid cycling, and prescribing during pregnancy in patients with bipolar disorder

* ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults

* promoting treatment adherence in patients with bipolar disorder, ADHD, or both.

The meeting also provides an outstanding opportunity for peer-to-peer learning and networking--both in and out of the session hall. And with Q & A allotted to every session, there is ample time for you to share your best practices and find solutions to your most difficult challenges.

We hope you can join us in Chicago.

Sincerely,

Richard Balon, MD
