In 2007, the number of members decreased by ten percent, probably as a consequence of the reduction in the budget of libraries in France. In the same year the French Group received a grant of 14500 [euro] from the Department of Music, Dance, Theater and Entertainment of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication.

Bulletin number 15 was published in December 2007.

After conducting several updates, the (Repertory of the Libraries and the French Institutions that contain musical collections (Le Repetoire des bibliotheques et institutions francaises, contenant des collections musicale en ligne) by Dominique Hausfater was put online on our web site ( Many more improvements are intended. They will be effective in September.

An information campaign will take place in October to ask for the update of the collection in the libraries, archives and documentation centres.

The French group, represented by Dominique Hausfater, participated in a round table on the Repertory during the ACIM (Association pour la cooperation des professionels de l'information musicale = Association for the Cooperation of the Professionals of Music Information) event in Toulouse.

The Online Bibliographical Manual (Manuel de bibliographie en ligne) was checked and revised entirely in each of the three parts
