The Hodgetts and Parenteau Awards are for the best articles appearing in the English and French languages, respectively, in Canadian Public Administration. The Inuit Inukshuk trophy is presented to the winning author(s) at The Institute of Public Administration of Canada's annual conference. The 2008 winning articles were "Public-private partnerships in Canada: Theory and evidence" (Volume 51, number 1) and << Lobbyistes et legislation sur le lobbyisme : que nous apprend la recente experience quebecoise ? >> (Volume 51, number 2).

Le prix Roland Parenteau et le J.E. Hodgetts Award sont decernes au meilleur article paru respectivement en francais et en anglais dans Administration publique du Canada.

Le trophee inuit d'Inukshuk est presente aux laureats lors du Congres annuel de l'Institut d'administration publique du Canada.
