The most important news regarding JISE is that I am retiring as JISE Editor and Jackie Harris is retiring as Assistant Editor. Although we are not retiring from teaching quite yet, we have a couple of things that we want to do before we retire and this will free up some time to do them. It has been my honor to be the JISE Editor for the past 10 years. I want to thank Jackie for being the Assistant Editor for the Review Process over those years. Jackie and I thank all of the Editorial Board members, both present and past, and the many reviewers over the years for your service to JISE and for your friendship and emails over the years. Knowing and working with everyone who has been associated with JISE has always been the best part of our jobs of Editor and Assistant Editor of JISE.

I am pleased to announce that Susan Kruck from James Madison University has been named the next Editor-in-Chief of JISE. Susan has been a member of the Editorial Board since 2002 and has shown an interest and excitement in becoming JISE Editor. Susan and I will be transitioning over the next several months. …
