Events around the world include an international photography contest, a 100 km run from Vancouver to Abbotsford, Canada, to raise money for water projects in Ethiopia, and a conference in Ghana on the topic of rural access to clean water. 7 April: World Health Day. This year the focus is on antimicrobial resistance.
