INTRODUCTION

VITAL: Video in Teaching and Learning for New York State educators is a free online service developed by Thirteen/WNET in collaboration with WGBH/ Boston's Teachers' Domain service. The VITAL materials are aligned with the New York state Learning Standards, and cover the core New York state curriculum in both English and mathematics for grades 3-8. In addition, there are numerous materials aligned to the New York state Regents requirements for high school students.
