This collection of essays about Flannery O'Connor is special for more than one reason. 65.5 caps off my first full year as editor, and does so by adding an extra issue to our customary complement of four. The quality of the five essays here, and the importance of the topic to our journal's traditional concerns, certainly make for sufficient warrant to alter our rhythm.
