Corrections to References in "An Interprofessional Pediatric Prescribing Workshop"

In the Instructional Design and Assessment article entitled "An Interprofessional Pediatric Prescribing Workshop," published in the August 10, 2012, issue of the Journal (2012; 76:Article 111), the first 13 references in the References section are incorrect. Publication of the incorrect references was the result of a formatting error made by the editorial office. The following are the correct references listed in the order in which they are cited within the text.
