This issue is dedicated to Mr. Cliff J. Doubek, a former SAM International President and Chairman of the Board, who passed away on August 18, 2015, in Orange, California. Cliff was an excellent friend and a strong advocate of the Society for Advancement of Management from the day he joined in 1963. He was instrumental in the Orange Coast Chapter and SAM international board of directors. We will miss him very much and his valuable contributions.

Five articles are included in this issue addressing changes in the 2013 AACSB accreditation standards, ethics and social responsibility, continuity and disaster planning, supply chains, and managerial orientation.

Abdelsamad, Farmer, McNeil, and Stevens, in the first article, discuss some of the significant differences between 2013 and 2003 AACSB standards and offer suggestions for enhancing a school's success in obtaining initial accreditation or maintaining it.

In the second article, Torres, maintains that "... the development and execution of organizational ethics and corporate responsibility is so complex ..." He offers useful suggestions for dealing with what he calls "sticky ethics" and explains why large and established organizations with substantial resources may have an advantage over smaller organizations in dealing with sticky values and norms.

Cook, in the third article, offers a six-stage business continuity and disaster recovery planning (BC/DRP) framework to deal with catastrophic events. …
