For each recording, the initial issue is listed plus one reissue on LP and on CD. No other media are included.

I. The Columbia Recordings under Fritz Reiner (1938-1948). All are monaural. Record numbers of automatic-sequence sets (MM, MX-) that immediately follow those of the manual set (M-, X-) are omitted. The 1940 recordings were made in Carnegie Music Hall. The rest of Reiner's PSO recordings were made in the Syria Mosque.
