The five articles in this issue cover a variety of topics including, creativity, emotional intelligence, leadership, as well as legal issues and ethics within Russia.

In our first article, Eisner discusses developing business students' latent creativity within the educational process. This timely topic should interest readers as more and more complex business leadership issues are dependent on the next generation of managers having solid educational backgrounds that include creativity in problem solving.

In our second article, Vann, Sparks, and Baker maintain that emotional intelligence in leaders correlates with success and failure. Based on their study of over 300 employed individuals across the United States, they conclude that strong self-leadership is imperative in the ever-evolving global business community.

Cavico and Mujtaba, in the third article, provide a comprehensive primer on retaliation in the workplace with regards to discrimination and unethical practices. In addition to providing managers with a variety of examples of retaliation and the legal ramifications, the article provides recommendations for both employers and employees on their rights. This article makes for a great resource for newer managers who have little formal legal training on retaliation in the workplace.

In our fourth article, La Van and Katz provide an analysis of discrimination lawsuit cases involving Hispanic employees as plaintiffs. …
