Gate City Bank in Fargo, N.D., announced that Kevin Hanson will become the bank's new president and CEO.

Gateway First Bank named Natalia Coen its new chief compliance officer. In her new role. Coen will oversee compliance management processes and assist in providing regulatory guidance.

Kenttand Bank, headquartered in Kentland, Ind., announced that Thomas Cutter will join as the bank's SVP and CFO.

The Western Bankers Association in Sacramento, Calif., named Stephen Andrews president and CEO of the association.
