NEHA Radon Credential Meets U.S. EPA Equivalency Criteria

After a thorough review of program documents submitted by the offices of the NEHA National Radon Proficiency Program (NEHA-NRPP), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (U.S. EPA's) Indoor Environments Division issued a congratulatory letter to NEHA. The letter recognized that NEHA's program not only is consistent with U.S. EPA's former National Radon Proficiency Program, but also has built upon and gone beyond the former program: Finally, we would like to extend our congratulations to you and the individuals on your board who have successfully established a private program that has built upon and has gone beyond what were the requirements of EPA's former National Radon Proficiency Program (RPP). We wish you continued success.
