ABSTRACT: The realization that the Parapsychology Foundation (PF) has been in existence for 50 years begged an examination of past accomplishment and contemplation of future direction. A period of intense consideration of how PF can best serve the field and the public at large while remaining true to the vision of its founders has led to a rededication of our programs along with a retooling and restructure of these programs and the initiation of exciting new ventures.

The Foundation maintains one of the world's largest libraries, always professionally maintained, the Eileen J. Garrett Library, which houses a new Film and Audio Archive as well as acts as a repository for the field's historical records. The library remains the jewel in PF's crown, open to the public at no charge as the Foundation is not a membership organization. The archive and film library are ever expanding along with the collection's holdings. Recently, a viewing and listening room has been constructed. PF International Conferences along with the recently inaugurated PF Forums will continue to seek to bring those of varying disciplines and nationalities together to contemplate the questions raised by psychical phenomena. The publishing program offers Proceedings of PF conferences, a revamped scholarly monograph series comprised of newly added titles and updates of classic titles, a newly devised pamphlet series of introductory and focused materials, and the newly returned International Journal of Paraps ychology (IJP). …
