1. Original statement (incorrect information in bold)--page 85, abstract, 1st sentence--Manifestation determination is a mandated provision for deciding whether a student's misbehavior is related to his disability and, consequently, whether cessation of services will be allowed.

Revised statement (corrected info in bold)

Manifestation determination is a mandated provision for deciding whether a student's misbehavior is related to his disability and, consequently, the nature of disciplinary procedures to be followed.

2. Original statement (incorrect information in bold)--page 86, second column, first paragraph, 3rd sentence; caption on the top left of page--The issue of manifestation determination is a central component to discipline, particularly as it relates to IDEA 97 provisions-because cessation of services will be allowed for behaviors not determined to be related to the disability.

Revised statement (corrected info in bold)
