Do you want the latest technological literacy information in research, curriculum development, and standards-based efforts? The ITEA Center to Advance the Teaching of Technology & Science (CATTS) has a slate of conference sessions to address new directions, new standards-based resources, and engage educators in discussions about training educators to implement standards.

The following sessions are open for all conference participants:

CTTE/NSF/CATTS Research Forum on Technological Studies:

Focus on Teaching and Learning

This session will focus on contemporary research addressing teaching and learning for technological literacy. The forum will begin with an invited paper followed by several presentations concerning research in teaching and learning. Participants can engage in discussions with the presenters following their formal presentations.

Preview the new CATTS curriculum resource for the elementary level based on Standards for Technological Literacy. This session will uncover exciting thematic units and hands-on classroom activities.
