NEHA Staffing Changes. (NEHA News)

As a professional association whose priority is to serve its members, NEHA is constantly looking for ways to enhance its operational capabilities. In keeping with this goal, NEHA has consolidated several of its departmental functions, and staffing changes have been made that allow the association to be even more effective in meeting the needs of its membership.

The first staffing change involves Allegra Woods. For many years, members and staff alike have agreed that Allegra is no ordinary employee. She has an abundance of energy, is always looking for a challenge in the workplace, and is determined to make a difference. These qualities have clearly demonstrated why she's a perfect fit at NEHA--and why she has been promoted from bookkeeper to financial coordinator.

As financial coordinator, Allegra has overall responsibility for NEHA's finances. She maintains NEHA's financial records, prepares NEHA's annual audits, and processes the monthly analytical and status reports for the association. In addition to these responsibilities, Allegra coordinates the daily processing of income with Operations and Human Resources Manager Patricia Bolte and advises Executive Director Nelson Fabian on financial matters.

Many of Allegra's new responsibilities have been assimilated from Association Management Director Becky Roland's position. …
