This is my last editorial as editor of JANZAM. Not because I am leaving, but because JANZAM is making its long-awaited change to a new and very different look, name and mode of operation. Starting with Volume 12, the journal will be known as the Journal of Management & Organization, subject of course to formal ratification by the ANZAM Executive.

As the town crier might say,

JANZAM is dead!

Long live the journal of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management!

We are very pleased to have acquired the services of e-Content Management Pty. Ltd. as the professional publisher for the ANZAM journal. James Davidson is the Publishing Editor of e-Content Management, and has many years of experience with large publishing houses in Europe and Australasia. In short, e-Content Management is the ideal publisher to help us take our academy journal to the necessary next stage of its evolution.

Our publisher has already provided an insight into the exciting new look of the journal, which will of course be vastly different from that of the last eleven years. You will see that new look in due course. The publishing sub-committee of the ANZAM Executive are also working on revamping the editorial structure of the new journal.

We will remain listed with the ProQuest search engine, and e-Content Management will be able to have our journal listed on the various citation indexes. …
