King's College London Hosts Successful IAM Tutors' Workshop

ON May 19th 2006, over 50 people gathered together at Guy's Campus, King's College, London. The occasion was a very special 2006/2007 Tutors' Workshop, held only a matter of months after the 2005/06 event, which coincided with the 90th Anniversary IAM Conference in Nottingham in November 2006. The Institute's Accredited Centres specifically requested that this year's event be brought forward so that they could be updated on the everincreasing number of new developments at the IAM.

The purpose of the day was to share this latest news from the Institute, and to ensure that the Centres were briefed with all the information to enable them to better serve their (and the Institute's) customers. The Agenda included developments on:

* IAM Core Programmes

* Additional IAM Programmes

* New Marketing Support : Plan and Materials

* An in-depth presentation about the new ICT programmes (covered on pages 12/13 of Manager, April/May 2006)

Tutors from the majority of UK Accredited Centres attended, including two overseas visitors. …
