This concordance was begun by the late Terry Nutter, a computer scientist with a special interest in medieval recipes, and completed by Constance Hieatt with the assistance of Johnna Holloway. It lists recipes from all published collections of culinary recipes from thirteenth-, fourteenth-, and fifteenth-century England, and includes some confectionery recipes. No recipes from manuscripts are included. Recipes are given by original name, lemmatized name, source, and approximate date of manuscript, and listed in alphabetical order according to lemmatized name (modern equivalents are used where appropriate). …
