Secretary of Labor Elaine L. Chao announced the appointment of Charlotte M. (Charlie) Ponticelli as deputy undersecretary for international affairs at the U.S. Department of Labor's International Labor Affairs Bureau. Previously, Ponticelli served for almost four years as the U.S. Department of State's senior coordinator for international women's issues, followed by a year as senior advisor to the assistant secretary for population, refugees and migration.

Secretary of Labor Elaine L. Chao announced that Dr. W. Roy Grizzard, assistant secretary for the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), would leave his post at the end of June. Grizzard has led the office since its inception in 2002.

General Counsel Ronald Meisburg of the National Labor Relations Board announced the appointment of career attorney Deborah Jacobson as Deputy Regional Attorney in the Agency's Cincinnati, OH Regional Office (Region 9). In her new position, Ms. Jacobson will assist Regional Director Gary Muffley in the enforcement and the administration of the National Labor Relations Act in southern Ohio, eastern Kentucky, southern West Virginia, and Clark, Dearborn and Floyd Counties in Indiana.

General Counsel Ronald Meisburg of the National Labor Relations Board has announced the appointment of Joanne C. Mages as Deputy Regional Attorney in the Agency's Indianapolis, Indiana Regional Office (Region 25). …
