The dividing line between the serious and the frivolous can sometimes be a very thin one, and the time honored Soap Opera from its early days on the radio up to its modern counterpart on television is a wonderful example of how situations that would be all important, and sometimes deadly, in real life can turn into the most ridiculous scenarios imaginable, aided in no small part by the ubiquitous background music. Simon Sargon has shown his humorous side in the past, and this undoubtedly tongue-in-cheek setting of soap opera updates takes us further into hilarity. …
