Dear Readers,

It is my pleasure to write to you for the second time as Editor of the College Student Affairs Journal. I think you will find the articles in this issue of the journal to be quite interesting and stimulating. Unlike our most recent special issue, these manuscripts are eclectic in their topic, research methodologies, and areas of professional practice. Several are very theoretical and replete with statistics, providing a theoretical basis for practice. Others are very practical and focus upon a population of interest to the authors.

It is my unpleasant duty to inform you that my wonderful graduate assistant Anne Ward will be leaving me after this issue. She has graduated from our master's degree program track in international higher education leadership and will soon be moving to a "real" job. She will be greatly missed. With every cloud, however, there is a silver lining. I will soon be hiring a new doctoral GA to help me with the journal, so she will be with us for the next two years. I will introduce her in the next issue.

We have worked out an agreement with EBSCO to make all of our past issues available on line and are working now to have them scanned and made available. …
