Dear readers,

In the period of world recession and lack of understanding for funding by the government, our magazine managed to sustain with above human efforts by the editorial board. It is quite obvious that in our country very small amount of money is invested in the science and the publishing. As a result of it, editor in chief and the editor were at the same time managers and publishers, besides all the other functions they had in the process of editoring the magazine "Journal of Special Education and Rehabilitation". It is a great pleasure to announce that we managed to index the magazine in the following data base: EBSCO, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, Proquest, Scirus, HINARI and NUBSK, and we are expecting answers by the: Thomson Scientific, PsycINFO, ERIC, Health Education Abstracts, Science Direct and others. It is necessary to continue in the same line with aim to improve the indexing and the quotation of the magazine.

In these issues 3-4 for 2008 as you'll notice some new issues are imported such are: date for receiving and accepting the papers, classification of the paper, the publishing year is replaced with volume and the is new guidelines for the authors.

In this issue we can see interesting and original papers, revision reviews and other important topics from the field of special education and rehabilitation. Dear readers with this material we'll be able to meet with the social services of the adult people with autism in England, you'll meet with the paper for the analyze of the interaction between the teachers and the pupils in the inclusive classroom at child with coheral implant; you'll meet with the new activities in the field of possible diagnostics and treatment of the ADHD; you'll find out about the benefit form the sensitive communication and interaction of the ICDP program; you'll see what is the social support like and the adjustment of the parents in Italy; you'll find out about the level of the development of the thought operations at the children with speaking impairment and you'll be able to find out about the music development at the people with cerebral palsy. …
