Abstract

Many of us struggle with feelings of negativity and lack of confidence, triggered by so many things we encounter daily. However, we are all very well capable of erasing this erroneous mindset. The answer lies in simply yet deeply and completely opening ourselves to the universe around us - and in us. We can allow ourselves again to drink in the absolute glory of our completeness and our connectedness with everything good and whole. We can reconnect with nature.

It often is not difficult to be rid of most erroneous beliefs. Even when faced with the most rugged demands - such as constancy, discipline and concentration which often can seem beyond our human power -we can erase the error of negativity and lack of confidence immediately. The answer lies in simply yet deeply and completely opening ourselves to the universe around us - and in us. Soul is untouchable and unchangeable. Life is untouchable and unchangeable. Substance is untouchable and unchangeable. Truth is untouchable and unchangeable. Love is untouchable and unchangeable.

Dr. Tobey Crockett, at one of the first meetings of my Salon on the Spiritually Creative Life which is now in its fifteenth year, asked us to compare our minds to a computer chip and its ability to contain more information that we can imagine. That is an excellent metaphor for our total being. We already are the total fulfillment of all possibilities. We are essentially complete. Right here and now.

So let yourself drink in the absolute glory of your completeness and your connectedness with everything good and whole. And as you are sipping from this glorious cup that will never run dry, why not give yourself a treat and enjoy this divine repast while in the midst of the most beautiful naturescape you have available. …
