Article excerpt

One of the perks of being a member is access to our e-Training. Currently we have more than 20 online courses, with new ones being launched next year. These courses are all focused towards key skills specific to your role, such as data protection, sales, risk assessment and budgeting.

These courses all count towards your CPD, and when you successfully complete them you will receive a personalised e-certificate.

Convenience key

The biggest benefit to e-Training, in comparison with traditional classroom courses, is that they take place entirely on your computer, at a time and location which is convenient for you.

The courses are online, and are broken down into easy-to-follow parts, allowing you to approach the course in your own time. These courses are also a lot cheaper than their corresponding classroom-based courses. After all, you don't need to pay for a training venue, a tutor or transportation. So they offer a genuine alternative and a new direction for personal learning and development.

If there is a course that you want to do, but you don't see mentioned, please let us know by e-mailing us at iammembership@instam.org.
