Food Safety Update for Managers

It is important for food safety professionals to keep up to date with new legislation, food poisoning trends and hazards. This is a one day interactive training course in association with Hygiene Audit Systems, and a must for any food safety professional who needs to update their skills and knowledge. The day will consist of: a review of food safety law including food labelling; a look at 2012 food poisoning statistics and research findings; and an interactive session with Dr Lisa Ackerley and her Hygiene Audit Systems team, looking at how food safety should be managed properly.

Diploma in Occupational Medicine - Autumn Course

The RSPH is approved by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM) to run the FOM course to prepare candidates for the Diploma in Occupational Medicine's written examination and the oral examination based on a portfolio. The FOM Diploma has been designed for registered practitioners. It demonstrates that the holder has achieved a competence appropriate to a generalist working in occupational health. This course is the foundation level qualification required for occupational medicine.
