ducation has a very important role for the growth and development of developing economy like India. Of late, tremendous importance has been given to the technical and management education. Virtually, India produces maximum number of management graduates in the globe. The proliferation of business education has thrown several challenges to the management thinkers for up-keep of the quality in high standard. Rai and Srivastava have explored the dependent relationship of teachers' motivation on quality of teaching in their paper titled "Exploring dependent relationship of teacher's motivation on quality of teaching". This paper demonstrates the significance of quality especially from the student's perspective. The authors have attempted to qualitatively evaluate the level of teachers' motivation in management institution. This has thrown interesting issues which will help in framing the strategies for the management institutions.

Lots of importance have been invariably given to the quality of work life (QWL) to ameliorate the performance both in academic institutions and industrial houses. It is a matter of serious concern for the industry to ensure high quality of work life. Several studies have established the positive relationship between quality of work life and the industry performance. Latha in her paper "Quality of work life among employees of small scale industries : A study at industrial parks at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh" has attempted to study the different facets of QWL among the employees and also has suggested the key areas of improvement.

Consumer behaviour is always an area of study for most of the consumer based organizations. In the new era of business, e-shopping has become highly popular among Gen Y population. Dash, Dash & Mahapatra in their paper "e-shopping : The impact of internet experience and impulse buying behaviour of online consumers" have emphasized the relationship of demographic characteristics with impulse buying tendency of consumers. The paper has many interesting findings with a conclusion being drawn that gender and age has a significant relationship with the impulse buying tendency whereas income is not significantly related to it. …
