Caroline Hancock has received the IAM Prize for outstanding performance on the BSc in Administrative Management of the University of South Australia - a professional degree programme accredited and recognised by the IAM. This prize for the highest achieving student on this degree programme was presented by Pat Uttley, Chair of the IAM Education Committee, during her study visit to Australia.

The University of South Australia is an Accredited Centre of The Institute of Administrative Management. Students reading for this professional degree who are also registered as IAM students for at least the final two years of their full-time course are eligible for the simultaneous award of Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management when they have successfully completed their course.
