Thunder Boy does not like his name. Readers are immediately plunged into an exploration of names in this humorous picturebook centered on the symbolism attached to our names. Thunder Boy's first-person narration is punctuated by family members' responses in speech bubbles, supporting readers' understanding of dialogic give-and-take.
