If there were codicological equivalents of UNESCO "World Heritage sites, the Trinity Apocalypse would certainly qualify for 'world heritage book'. This work is the editor's third publication of the Trinity Apocalypse's Anglo-Norman (AN) texts in a dozen years, the earlier issues having been judged as prohibitively expensive (2004) or too inconspicuous (2005). ANTS had previously published a facsimile and edition in 1981.

This new edition is an elegant, accessible, and reliable companion to the stunningly beautiful Trinity College Cambridge MS R.16.2, which may date from 1255-60.
