President-Elect

Francie Soliday Russell of Choctaw, Oklahoma, was elected president-elect for 2003-2004. She is director of adult education at Eastern Oklahoma County Technical Center. She holds an Ed.D. from Oklahoma State University, an M.Ed. from the University of Central Oklahoma and a B.S. from Oklahoma State University. She previously served on the ACTE Board of Directors as the Region IV vice president and served as the Executive Committee region representative.

Region II Vice President-Elect

Ruth Huff of Oxford, North Carolina, was elected Region II vice president-elect. She is a health sciences teacher at Granville County Schools. She serves on the ACTE Region II Policy Committee.

Region V Vice President

Kathleen Lopp of Olympia, Washington, was elected Region V vice president. She is the executive director and a registered lobbyist for ACTE in the state of Washington. She is an ACTE Life Member and serves as the National Executive Directors Association secretary.

Administration Division Vice President

James Little of Kokomo, Indiana, was elected Administration Division vice president. He is the director of the Kokomo Area Career Center in Kokomo. He serves on the ACTE Nominating Committee as well as the Indiana ACTE Marketing and Public Information Committee.

Agricultural Education Division Vice President

Gary Moore of Raleigh, North Carolina, was elected Agricultural Education Division vice president. He is a professor at North Carolina State University. …
